Roger has “fallen for” IT since high school. 1968 were the first points of contact with the EDP system of that time. This long-standing background in the most varied of IT worlds gives Roger the necessary technical and project-specific skills with which projects and programs are successfully managed today.
This of course also includes successful stakeholder management, which Roger was able to develop and sharpen, along with many other necessary skills, during his time as Sector Lead Testing for the investment bank at Credit-Suisse.
Experience in the field of software development, mechanical engineering, logistics and the banking and insurance world, round off the know-how.
Working in a team, be it local or global, is the be-all and end-all for successful project management. Without the team, you won’t really be successful.
